RS9 support - the channels that actually work
Where to get help with the RS9 app, how the managed contact route works, and what to share with support so they can answer quickly.
Live support inbox
/contact/ opens the managed support ticket system. Send a message and keep the window open; replies appear in the same conversation.
In-app help
From inside the RS9 app, open the side menu and tap Support. The same ticket inbox opens with your account already attached.
Install help
If the APK fails to install, the install guide walks through each blocker with the exact setting to change.
Account and KYC
Login, OTP, mobile number change and KYC are handled inside the app and via the contact route.
Responsible play
Self-exclusion, deposit caps and cool-off periods are available inside the RS9 app. The responsible-use route explains how to set each.
What to share with support
The faster you give support the right context, the faster they can answer. Include the following in the first message:
- Your registered mobile number (never share the OTP).
- The exact error message or screenshot description.
- The device model and Android version, if the issue is install or app-crash related.
- Whether the issue blocks you from logging in, depositing, withdrawing or playing.
The RS9 support team responds from a managed ticket inbox that survives tab refreshes and keeps the conversation attached to the same account. The same inbox opens from inside the app, from the Help centre, and from the contact route on this product profile; the operator reads each ticket in order and replies in plain language rather than form-letter templates.
