How to file a DMCA notice

Send a written notice to the contact address listed in legal containing all of the following:

1. An identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
2. An identification of the URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on apkrs9.com.
3. Your contact information: name, address, telephone and email.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens after you file a notice

RS9 reviews notices within 5 business days. If the notice is complete, the allegedly infringing material is removed or access is disabled, and the user who posted it is notified. If the notice is incomplete, RS9 contacts you for the missing information before acting.

Counter-notice

If you believe content removed under a DMCA notice was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing the same six elements, with a statement under penalty of perjury and a consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court.

Repeat infringers

RS9 terminates accounts of users who are the subject of multiple DMCA notices for material they posted.
