Play within your means
RS9 supports a set of responsible-use tools: deposit caps, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. This route explains how each works and when to use them.
Who RS9 is for
RS9 is a real-money Android app product intended for Indian residents aged 18 and above, subject to state-level restrictions on real-money play. If you are under 18, do not use the app.
Tools available inside the RS9 app
- Daily deposit cap. Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day. The cap can be lowered immediately; raising it takes 24 hours to take effect.
- Session timer. The app notifies you after a chosen duration (30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes) and offers to log out.
- Cool-off period. 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During cool-off, you cannot deposit or place new bets; existing bets settle normally.
- Self-exclusion. Minimum 6 months. Cannot be reversed during the period. After expiry, the account remains closed unless the user explicitly requests re-activation.
- Reality check. A periodic notification that shows how long you have been playing and the net position of your wallet.
When to use each tool
- Deposit cap. Use it the day you install the app. The default cap is the operator maximum; treat that as too high and set your own.
- Cool-off. Use it after a session runs longer than planned, or after a losing streak.
- Self-exclusion. Use it if play stops being entertainment. There is no shame in closing the account.
Help beyond the app
RS9 does not provide professional counselling. If play is causing financial, relationship or mental-health issues, contact a recognised support service in your jurisdiction. State-level helpline numbers and recognised support organisations are listed in the in-app Help section.
How to enable each tool
- Open the RS9 app and sign in.
- Open the side menu and tap Responsible Play.
- Choose the tool you want to enable and follow the in-app steps.
- For self-exclusion, the operator may take up to 24 hours to confirm and remove access.
If the in-app flow is blocked, use contact support with the request. Support will guide you through the manual flow.
